There are a limited number of rooms reserved at the rate of $99 per day for us. Room price includes a wonderful buffet breakfast! Most rooms are doubles so you can sleep up to 4 persons in the rooms for that price. To make your reservations, call 804 965 9500 and ask for the Sue Hillis Group. These rates will apply from May 28-30.
Planned festivities include stitching in our lounge, (or on the patio or by the pool!), contests, door prizes, raffles, show & tell, the trading corner, an “Ask the Designer” segment, and more!
New this year will be our “Stitching Boutique,” featuring new designers who will be displaying models and selling patterns!
Saturday’s dinner will be Virginia Barbecue at Sue’s house! Bring your appetite! Sunday is a road trip to Cross Stitch Station in Waynesboro, VA and afternoon tea at Feathernester’s (www.feathernesters.com) for $10.95--a wonderful treat!
Leave some, take some! Bring your unwanted cross stitch stash to the Trading Corner and find the treasures someone else has left! You won’t leave empty-handed!
There will be a registration fee of $30 for the weekend for all participants. This will help defray costs of the exclusive design and supplies, door prizes, dinner and incidentals. The registrations received after May 1st will be $35.
